Beer Muscles 7 Details

• Date: Saturday, August 26, 2023
• Location: 2SP Brewing Company, 120 Concord Road, Aston, PA 19014
• Registration: SOLD OUT!
• Time: Lifting starts at 10am and wraps between 3-4pm
• Lifting Events: 13″ deadlift for reps, “beer run” frame carry, circus dumbbell for reps, max sandbag load over bar (for PA State Record), Conan’s Wheel

• Fundraising: Every year we raise money for the Delaware County Special Olympics Powerlifting Team. To date we’ve raised $5,500 for the team! This helps them pay for meet entries, travel, equipment, competition singlets, and more. We raise money through a raffle with awesome prizes from local business and pro sports teams, a dunk tank, and donations.
