Tried and true with guaranteed results! Simple, effective, and fun, our semi-private training sessions focus on overall strength and fitness. This is our flagship program and how most members train at Power Plant.

Strongman Saturday

The best way to get into strongman! Learn and train on all our equipment in team sessions. Our head coach has been in the strongman game for a decade and coaches from the novice to pro level. All levels welcome!


Un-coached “additional” gym time available for semi-private and 1-on-1 clients only.
