Semi-private training combines the hands-on benefits of personal training with the camaraderie of team training and the budget-consciousness of group fitness.

When you join our semi-private LIFT program, you’re getting more than just a workout. We developed this program over the course of years and have honed it to an efficient, effective program that delivers exceptional results in just 3 one-hour sessions per week.
