Lifting weights can improve your joint health, stability, and reduce the risk for injury. Lifting can help lower blood pressure, improve insulin sensitivity, and improve your cardiovascular health. Sometimes people think that doing cardio is the only way to improve your heart health, but lifting weights is important, too!
