As of November, we are an official pick-up location for Kettlebell Kitchen meal prep and delivery service.

Place an order by Wednesday for pick-up Monday morning, or order by Sunday for pick-up on Thursday. This allows the team at Kettlebell Kitchen to source fresh ingredients for your meals.

Not sure what meals to get? You can try a Meal Plan Starter Pack that comes with 3 sample meals. KBK also offers a discount on bulk orders, so you get rewarded for planning ahead. Spend $50 or more, and get a 5% discount on checkout by entering the code “Healthy.” Spend $100 or more, and get a 10% discount on checkout by entering the code “Planner.” However, if you need a little help deciding, or want Kettlebell Kitchen to choose meals for you, just contact them. They offer custom meal plans for customers looking to use KBK for 2 meals or more per day, and have nutritionists on staff who will help get you started.

Not a member of Power Plant Gym? That’s okay! You can still order from KBK and choose PPG as your pickup location. Then just stop by the gym any time during our normal business hours (Monday-Friday 5am-9pm, Saturday 8am-4pm, Sunday 8am-12pm) and pick up your meals.

To answer your other question… yes, Power Plant Gym does get a small kickback from any meals delivered to our location. So when you order your meals fro KBK you’re helping the gym, too.
