It’s official! “Power Plant CrossFit” is on the books!
When we opened Power Plant Gym in 2015, we named our affiliate “CrossFit Isotope.” It sounded good, but it just didn’t stick. (Like when you name your cat something adorable, but end up calling it “Miss Baby” or “Little Muffin Face” instead. But we digress…) As our community has grown, all our strength programs have embraced the “Power Plant” name and methodology, so we thought it was more appropriate to fully bring the CrossFit program into the fold.
