LIFT — Semi-Private Personal Training
Hands-on training to maximize results
LIFT is a strength-based program focusing on squat, bench, and deadlift with related mobility, stability, and strength movements. The sessions are super small (2-6 people) so you get all the benefits of personal training, but with a more flexible schedule and price point.
1-on-1 Personal Training
Individual attention to fast-track your personal goals
All sessions are 1 hour and personalized to your individual needs and interests. We offer coaching in powerlifting, strongman, Olympic-style weightlifting, sport-specific performance training, kettlebell training, and general fitness. Available in single sessions, 3-pack sessions, or weekly sessions (1-4 days per week).
Open Gym PLUS
A proven PPG Program on your own schedule
Power Plant is fully equipped for powerlifting, strongman, Olympic-style weightlifting, and functional fitness. And we have effective programming to help you make the best use of all that equipment to achieve YOUR personal goals. During Open Gym time you can take advantage of all the benefits of our proven strength programming and top-notch equipment, but on your own schedule! Staff are always available to spot or answer questions, and you’ll become part of a community of competitive and recreational lifters who have fun and keep each other motivated.

Our No Sweat Intro is the starting point for all our programs. We promise, it’s not a sales pitch! We’ll chat about your goals and interests, and we’ll work together to make sure you are on track to meet them.
Due to COVID-19, we automatically book all our intros on Zoom (online video meeting). Once you book we’ll reach out to confirm and also give you the option to meet us in person at the gym instead. Your comfort and safety is our priority!
