LIFT — Semi-Private Personal Training

Get stronger and maximize results.

LIFT is a strength-based program focusing on squat, bench, and deadlift with related mobility, stability, and strength movements. The sessions are super small (2-6 people) so you get all the benefits of personal training, but with a more flexible schedule and price point.

1-on-1 Personal Training

Individual attention for form, resets, and new skills

All sessions are 1 hour and personalized to your individual needs and interests. We offer coaching in powerlifting, strongman, Olympic-style weightlifting, sport-specific performance training, kettlebell training, and general fitness. Available in single sessions, 3- and 6-pack sessions, or 3 times per week.

Sports Performance Training

Get an edge over the competition with options for teams and individual athletes

Strength training is the edge every athlete needs to get ahead of the competition and excel. We focus on strength, power, and movement that builds stronger, faster athletes and helps prevent injury. Sessions are available for individual athletes or teams at  middle school, high school, and collegiate levels. Training can be arranged at Power Plant or at individual team facilities.

Open Gym

Your own program within the PPG Community

Power Plant is fully equipped for powerlifting, strongman, Olympic-style weightlifting, and functional fitness. Although you’re training without a coach, you’re never training alone. Staff are always available to spot or answer questions, and you’ll become part of a community of competitive and recreational lifters who have fun and keep each other motivated.

I would've never expected to find such an awesome diverse gym nestled in an industrial park, geared toward exactly what I was looking for!! The community is welcoming and friendly here. There's a range of equipment here for HIIT-style training, Strongman, Weightlifting, and Bodybuilding. My favorite part is that they are open all day so I can drop in to pump some iron on my own schedule.

Fantastic gym! Has a great variety of weightlifting/powerlifting/strongman stuff. Especially love the fact that they have Eleiko bars for Weightlifting - haven't found another place with equipment this good!
