WHAT IS CROSSFIT?

You’ve heard the stories and seen the pictures on social media: torn hands, puke buckets, exhausted athletes laying in pools of sweat. In some places, that’s CrossFit. But not here. We see CrossFit differently.

We believe in teaching the fundamentals of movement in an environment that is challenging, but also safe and supportive. At Power Plant CrossFit we’re taking the sport back to its roots and bringing you the best of the CrossFit methodology and community. GETTING STARTED

First steps…
We encourage you to stop by the gym to meet the coaches, and we can answer any questions you might have in person. Also, your first workout is FREE.┬áJust shoot us an email letting us know when you’d like to come in, and we’ll get you set up.

We also offer a 2-week trial membership for $20, which includes all CrossFit classes as well as full access to Open Gym time. This is the best way to experience our classes and our community. There is no obligation after your 2-week trial ends… but we’re pretty sure you’ll love it as much as we do.

Membership Options…
Our standard CrossFit memberships are $135/month, pro-rated from your start date. There is no contract, and we automatically deduct the payment on the 1st of the month. You can view our other membership options on our pricing page.

Drop-In Policy
Drop-ins are welcome, and we love meeting CrossFitters from out of town. The cost for a drop-in class is $20 (or you can buy a t-shirt). Please email us at least 24 hours before you plan on coming in for a class so we can make sure there is space. Thanks!
