At the beginning of each year, about 45% of Americans make New Year’s Resolutions. Only 75% of those resolutions last more than a week. By June, it’s at less than half. And by the end of the year only 8% of people report being successful in achieving their resolutions.

We want to help YOU be part of the 8% that is SUCCESSFUL in 2017!

The first step to achieving a goal is setting the right goal for you. And that’s where we come in. For the entire month of January, we’ll be running a Goal Group program that you can join in 3 easy steps:

Step 1. Sign up! Talk to us in person at the gym, or shoot us an email and we’ll get you on the calendar for Step 2.

Step 2. Set up! Meet 1-on-1 with Katie or Justin to talk about your goals for 2017. Using the proven methodology of SMART Goal Setting, we’ll help you set a goal (or 2) that is right for you. We’ll also set you up with our coach Mike B for a personal Functional Movement Screening to identify functional limitations and asymmetries, and help guide your goal-setting and foundational movement progress. Based on your goals and your movement screening, we’ll work with you to make a personalized plan for progress!

Step 3. Follow the plan! We give you all the tools, information, and support you need. We will check in with you every 2 weeks to make sure you’re on track for accomplishing your goal, and we’ll make any adjustments along the way.

A 2009 study in the European Journal of Social Psychology found that it takes an average of 66 days to form a new habit. So to help you achieve your 2017 Goals, we’re offering a special 66-day membership to pair with your Goal Plan. This way you have ALL the tools and support you need to be part of the 8% in 2017!
